We read pitches for articles, interviews, features and opinion pieces on fashion and rave culture. Pitches are separate from coverage requests and paid content.
- Subject line: PITCH: followed by your headline idea.
- Keep it under 300 words: the story, why it matters, why now and why ECLECT-ED.
- Introduce yourself and link to two or three writing samples.
- For reported pieces, name your sources and confirm you can reach them.
- Read the site first, and pitch something we have not already covered.
- Please do not send a finished article, and allow time before following up.
