Editorial judgment and production discipline are not separate skill sets — they inform each other. This section documents the operational side of that work: producing live fashion programming, from panel discussions to runway shows, where the standard is not just a strong idea but its execution under real constraints of time, budget and logistics.
Fashion Week United — Chief Operating Officer/ 5th. Edition, September 2026
Led production for Fashion Week United’s September program, overseeing designer casting, show direction and live-event operations across a multi-day schedule. The role spanned both strategic decisions — which designers and voices belonged on a given program — and the operational execution required to bring those decisions to a stage.
Insulating Manhattan: Sustainability & Supply Chain Protection. A panel during NYFW.
Conceived and produced a panel examining three of the fashion industry’s most under-discussed operational questions: inventory governance in the age of AI-driven forecasting, supply chain resilience and the gap between sustainability as marketing language and sustainability as operating discipline. The panel was paired with a curated showcase of independent designers — a deliberate structure built to give smaller, distinct voices a focused audience inside a week defined by scale and noise.
Runway Presentation — Rolls-Royce Cars Manhattan
Produced a runway show staged inside Rolls-Royce Cars Manhattan on Eleventh Avenue — a working automotive showroom rather than a conventional runway venue. The setting was itself a production choice: borrowing existing infrastructure built around durability and craftsmanship, rather than constructing a disposable set for a single night. The designer lineup reflected a working cross-section of independent fashion production in New York.
